Yes, all our pearls are 100% genuine cultured pearls. We do not sell imitation or synthetic pearls. Each pearl is created naturally by oysters or mussels, with human assistance in the cultivation process. Our certificates guarantee the authenticity of every piece.

Freshwater pearls are cultivated in lakes and rivers, primarily in China. They offer excellent value, come in various shapes and colors, and have thick nacre. Saltwater pearls (Akoya, Tahitian, South Sea) are cultivated in oceans. They are known for their rounder shapes, superior luster, and larger sizes. Yes, every piece comes with a House of Pearls certificate of authenticity. Selected premium pieces also include third-party certification from recognized gemological laboratories, providing independent verification of quality and value.

Every House of Pearls piece is inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll help resolve it with a repair, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, store credit, or refund. This policy does not cover change of mind, personal preference, incorrect variant selection, natural pearl variations, perceived color or size differences, or carrier delays.
