Free Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide on orders of $150 USD and above.

This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.

For orders under $150 USD, a flat standard shipping rate of $8.99 USD applies.

DHL Express Shipping

For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer DHL Express shipping at a flat rate of $34.99 USD for eligible destinations.

DHL Express delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment to most eligible destinations.

DHL Express shipping is complimentary on orders of $599 USD and above, subject to destination eligibility. This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.

Customs Duties and Taxes

If your parcel arrives without any customs inspection or additional procedures, you will not be required to pay any extra taxes or fees.

However, in the event that your shipment is selected for customs inspection, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes to receive your parcel. Should this occur, we kindly ask you to pay the required amount and provide us with the receipt of your payment. Upon receiving proof of payment, we will promptly process a refund for the customs duties and taxes you paid.

Worry-Free Delivery by SEEL

Worry-Free Delivery is an optional shipping protection service provided by our partner SEEL, available at checkout. If purchased, your order may be protected against eligible shipping issues, including:

• Loss — Your item(s) were sent out but were lost while in transit
• Damage — Your item(s) arrived damaged due to carrier handling
• Theft — Your package shows as delivered, but you did not receive it
• Delay — Your package was not received within the expected timeframe

Claims are handled directly by SEEL through the SEEL Resolution Center and are subject to SEEL's terms, timelines, and documentation requirements.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotional periods, high-volume periods, or for certain pearl jewelry that requires additional checking, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Transit time begins on the first business day after your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• Certain restricted countries or regions
• Addresses where our carriers are unable to provide service

We ship worldwide to most countries, with the exception of restricted destinations. Available shipping destinations may vary at checkout.

Packaging

All purchases are delivered in a beautiful gift-ready box, except for certain specified items. Each package is carefully packed to help ensure your pearls arrive safely and in perfect condition.
