Free Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $150 USD. This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.
For orders under $150 USD, a flat standard shipping rate of $8.99 USD applies.


DHL Express Shipping

For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer DHL Express shipping at a flat rate of $29.99 USD. DHL Express is an estimated 3–5 business days to most destinations.
DHL Express shipping is complimentary on all orders over $500 USD. This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.
Note: All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Remote, rural, or non-metropolitan areas may experience additional transit delays beyond the estimated window.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships
  • Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system
  • Transit time begins the first business day after your order ships
  • Track your order anytime via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Note: In rare cases, tracking information may not update while your package is in transit. This does not affect delivery—your order is still on its way.

Shipping Restrictions

We DO NOT ship to:
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Certain restricted countries (see checkout for available destinations)

Duties-Free Promise

Most of our orders won't be taxed. But if you do get charged customs duties or import fees, just contact us at contact@houseofpearls.com for a refund.

Packaging

All purchases are delivered in a beautiful gift-ready box (with the exception of certain specified items). Each package is carefully packed to ensure your pearls arrive in perfect condition.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delays
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are estimates provided by postal carriers
  • No refunds for shipping costs will be given for carrier delays, including weather-related delays
  • Remote area delays are not grounds for shipping refunds
Lost Packages
  • If tracking does not update within 90 days, the package is considered lost
  • We reserve the right to send a replacement for confirmed lost packages
  • For undelivered items, we offer refunds or replacements only for packages lost by the postal carrier (not due to incorrect addresses)
Incorrect Addresses
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address at checkout
  • We cannot redirect packages or process refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • We are not responsible for lost orders due to wrong apartment numbers, street names, or other address errors
Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
  • Check around your property, with neighbors, and family members
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • We cannot be held liable for packages stolen from your doorstep after confirmed delivery
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to shared addresses (workplaces, apartment complexes, dorms) that are accessible by others
