Free Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide on orders of $150 USD and above.

This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.

For orders under $150 USD, a flat standard shipping rate of $8.99 USD applies.


DHL Express Shipping

For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer DHL Express shipping at a flat rate of $34.99 USD for eligible destinations.

DHL Express delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment to most eligible destinations.

DHL Express shipping is complimentary on orders of $599 USD and above, subject to destination eligibility. This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts or promotions.

Important DHL Express Notes

Free DHL Express shipping applies only to eligible non-remote areas.

Some destinations may not qualify for complimentary DHL Express shipping, including but not limited to:

  • remote or rural areas;
  • island destinations;
  • certain remote postal codes in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries;
  • oversized, overweight, or special-address shipments;
  • locations where DHL service is limited, restricted, or subject to special handling fees.

If your address is considered a remote area or requires additional DHL charges, we may contact you before shipment with one of the following options:

  • pay the DHL remote-area or additional shipping difference;
  • switch to free standard shipping, if available;
  • choose another suitable shipping method where possible.

If DHL Express is unavailable or not suitable for your address, we reserve the right to ship your order using standard shipping or another appropriate carrier.


Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, high-volume periods, or for certain pearl jewelry that requires additional checking, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Important Notes

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery time does not include order processing time.

Remote, rural, island, or non-metropolitan destinations may require additional transit time.

Most carriers do not provide weekend delivery service.

Delays may occur due to weekends, holidays, carrier delays, address issues, weather, local delivery conditions, or destination processing requirements.

We ship worldwide to most countries, with the exception of restricted destinations.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships.

Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Transit time begins on the first business day after your order ships.

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

In rare cases, tracking information may not update while your package is in transit. This does not necessarily mean the package is lost; your order may still be on its way.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses;
  • certain restricted countries or regions;
  • addresses where our carriers are unable to provide service.

Available shipping destinations may vary at checkout.


Duties-Free Promise

Most of our orders are delivered without additional duties or import fees.

If you are charged customs duties or import fees, please contact us at contact@houseofpearls.com with the payment receipt, and we will review the charge for reimbursement according to our duties-free promise.

Please note that this does not include costs caused by incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refused packages, or customer-side delays in providing required delivery information.


Packaging

All purchases are delivered in a beautiful gift-ready box, except for certain specified items.

Each package is carefully packed to help ensure your pearls arrive safely and in perfect condition.


Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier delays, weather-related delays, remote-area delays, holiday delays, or delays caused by destination processing requirements.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless the delay is due to our error or a confirmed shipping issue caused before dispatch.

Lost Packages

If tracking does not update for an extended period and the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to send a replacement for confirmed lost packages.

For undelivered items, we offer refunds or replacements only for packages confirmed lost by the carrier, not for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, including but not limited to:

  • wrong apartment or unit numbers;
  • incorrect street names;
  • incorrect postal codes;
  • missing building details;
  • wrong delivery country or state.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • check around your property;
  • check with neighbors, family members, building staff, or front desk;
  • verify the shipping address on your order confirmation;
  • contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to shared addresses, including workplaces, apartment complexes, dormitories, mailrooms, hotels, or other locations accessible by others.
