Every House of Pearls piece is inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll help resolve it with a repair, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, store credit, or refund.
