Estimated delivery after shipment is 7–10 business days for standard shipping and 3–5 business days for DHL Express. Q5: What is your 14-Day Quality Care Promise?

Every House of Pearls piece is inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll help resolve it with a repair, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, store credit, or refund. This policy does not cover change of mind, personal preference, incorrect variant selection, natural pearl variations, perceived color or size differences, or carrier delays.
